Today (July 16, 2007) we reviewed tessellations and venn diagrams. We also played a game called Stories With a Hole. We talked about a woman named Emilie du Chatelet. She was a famouse woman mathmatition. It was very interestring. Most of the girls and counslers here are really friendly. I also made a new friend here yesterday, her name is Kathryn. Bye- bye!!!!
Today was July 17th. Today we did a little algebra. It was kind of confusing. We did Stroies with a hole again. What you have to do is you ask yes or no questions and you have to guess the rest of the story. I am writing a story, and I am on chapter 3. The chapters are kind of long so that's why I'm only on chapter 3. Anyway, we are going swimming tonight. The people here are awesome! I dont really miss home. We also learned about another famous woman mathmation, her name was Sophie Germain. Her parents were so against her learning, that they took away her light and heat. They even took away her cloths! She found a way though. We also learned somethings about polyhedrons. Well that's all I will say. Bye!!

Today was great! We made kites and learned about a mathmatition named Ada Lovlace. Her parents actually accepted her ambitions, she was the one who understood how the first computer. worked. I'm really having a blast here. We also did some geometry. Well, bye!
Today was great, I'm kind of upset that we have to leave tomarrow. I''ve made a lot of friends this week like Zoe. We had the best week ever! I'm really going to miss this place.
